What data is stored

• About you: only your email address, used to sign in and to keep your data separate from other users'.
• Your work: calendar, classes, timetable, lessons, summaries, plans and the files you upload.
• About students: only their number and name, plus what you record about them — marks, absences, late arrivals, behaviour and comments.

Student data is personal data of minors

Treat it with the same care you would give a paper mark sheet.

• Do not write sensitive data in comments and notes: health, family situation, special educational needs, religion or the like.
• Do not upload files with students' personal data (photographs, medical reports, contacts, addresses).
• There are deliberately no fields for addresses, contacts or photographs.
• While the app is being tested, consider using abbreviated names or numbers only.
• Check with your school whether you may use this tool for your students' real data.

Where the data is kept

• On Cloudflare's infrastructure: the database is hosted in the Western Europe region and the files in the same company's storage service.
• The connection is always encrypted (HTTPS).
• The AI API key, if you save it, is stored encrypted on the server and never shown on screen or included in exports.
• Sign-in uses a code sent to your email, through Cloudflare Access. No password is stored.

Who can see your data

• Other users cannot see your data, nor can you see theirs: each account only accesses its own.
• There is no sharing with third parties, no advertising and no usage analytics.
• Exception — creating materials with AI: only if you use this feature, with your key, the lesson plan, the reference documents you choose and your request are sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude), under the terms of your Anthropic account. Student names, marks or records are never sent.
• The developer has technical access to the database, needed to maintain the service and fix problems. This access is not used to look at your work unless you ask.

Cookies

Only the Cloudflare Access session cookie is used, needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your data is yours

• Export: “Export everything (ZIP)” gives you a full copy at any time.
• Correct and delete: you can edit and delete students, marks, classes and documents directly in the app.
• Delete your account: if you want all your data deleted, ask via the contact email.

Limits of this testing phase

• There are no automatic backups: your copy is the ZIP export.
• The service may fail or become unavailable, and features may change.
• Do not use WS-PRO as the only official record of assessment or absences.
